Returns
Before requesting a return, please be advised:- Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to process a return unless the product is 1) unused, 2) defective, and 3) returned in the original packaging. Moreover, all consumables (including contraceptives, lotions, lubricants, and supplements) cannot be returned for any reason. This is for health, safety, and peace of mind!
- Purchases made online cannot be returned in-store and vice versa.
- You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
- Items sent back to us first without requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
