We guarantee that you will be satisfied with every product you receive and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  However, we sometimes understand that a product might not work out!  Our warranty and returns policy apply to both in-store and online purchases.


Nearly all novelty items offer a limited manufacturer warranty.  Please Contact Us and we will provide the contact to start your warranty claim.


Before requesting a return, please be advised:
  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to process a return unless the product is 1) unused, 2) defective, and 3) returned in the original packaging. Moreover, all consumables (including contraceptives, lotions, lubricants, and supplements) cannot be returned for any reason.  This is for health, safety, and peace of mind!
  • Purchases made online cannot be returned in-store and vice versa.
  • You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
  • Items sent back to us first without requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items.
  • We do not offer refunds. We only offer store credit or exchanges.
  • It may take up to 7 days to process your return from the time of receipt.
  • You are responsible for shipping your item back to us.

To start the return process, please Contact Us and provide 1) order number, description of problem, and specify store credit or exchange.  If accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
