Shipping & Privacy
Two questions come up more than any other before someone orders from us: what will the box look like, and what happens to my information. Both answers are below, in full.
What arrives at your door
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside names a product, a brand, or a category, and the shipper information printed on the label is discreet as well. From the outside, a parcel from us looks like any other parcel.

Same-day delivery near our stores
Our retail stores also sell through DoorDash. If you live near one, you can order on DoorDash for no-contact delivery in as fast as an hour. Find your nearest store on the store locator, then look it up on DoorDash — selection and pricing there are DoorDash's own.
Payment
Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant platform. Card details are encrypted in transit and stored only in encrypted form — we never hold a readable card number. Card statements itemize merchants, never products, so your statement will not describe what you ordered.
What we collect, and why
- What it takes to fill your order. Your name, delivery address, billing details and contact details.
- Technical information about your visit. Your device, browser, IP address, cookie data, search terms and how you move through the site. We use it to load the site, run analytics, and prevent fraud.
- Anything you send us. Whatever you share when you contact customer support.
We do not intentionally collect information from children. This site is for adults only — you must be at least 18 to 21 years old, depending on the law where you live.
Who we share it with
We share information with the vendors it takes to run the shop: our software platforms, our merchant processor, our shipping vendors and our marketing vendors — and with authorities where the law requires it. We use Google Analytics, which may involve targeted advertising, and we use cookies for functional, performance, advertising and social media purposes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, whose privacy policy you can read separately.
Your choices
- Opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices. If you browse with Global Privacy Control switched on, we treat that as an opt-out request automatically.
- See, update or erase what we hold. We honor GDPR and CCPA rights. Contact us, or write to the address below.
- Stop email or text marketing. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any mailing, or reply using the instructions in the message. Please allow up to 72 hours for it to take effect.
If something needs to go back
Because of the intimate nature of what we sell, returns are limited to items that are unused, defective and still in their original packaging, requested within 30 days. Consumables cannot be returned at all. The full detail is on Returns & Warranty.
