What forms of payment do you accept?
In-store purchases can be made with cash, all major credit cards, and Apple/Google Pay. Online purchases can be made with all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Klarna (payment plans). We do not accept checks or money orders.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
All billing is posted under a discreet legal entity name.

For sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on items unless they have mechanical defects. Please see our Return Policy.
What does "waterproof" and "splashproof" mean?
"Waterproof" generally means the toy can withstand water submersion up to 30 minutes. "Splashproof" generally means that the toy can withstand low pressure water for cleaning purposes only.
Are your products safe?
