Nearly all novelty items offer a limited manufacturer warranty. Please Contact Us and we will provide the contact to start your warranty claim.
Returns
Before requesting a return, please be advised:
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to process a return unless the product is 1) unused, 2) defective, and 3) returned in the original packaging. Moreover, all consumables (including contraceptives, lotions, lubricants, and supplements) cannot be returned for any reason. This is for health, safety, and peace of mind!
- Purchases made online cannot be returned in-store and vice versa.
- You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
- Items sent back to us first without requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
- We do not offer refunds. We only offer store credit or exchanges.
- It may take up to 7 days to process your return from the time of receipt.
- You are responsible for shipping your item back to us.
